Dear Graduate International Student,

We are pleased to inform you that there will be volunteers from NUS graduate students staying in the airport to meet with you, if you arrive between Dec 27 and Jan 3. They will be very glad to provide you with a Welcome Pack that includes useful and important information about Singapore, NUS, graduate students' life, and other information. They will help you to find the way to your accommodation and consult you on the other issues upon arrival. For the detailed information, please refer to the Question and Answers section below.

This programme is a joint venture between NUS Graduate Students' Society and Office of Student Affairs.

Q: When can I meet with the volunteers stationed at the airport?
A: If you arrive between Dec 27 and Jan 3, during the time period of 8:30am - 9:30pm, you are welcome to look for volunteers stationed at the airport.

Q: How can I find volunteers stationed at the airport?
A: The volunteers will wear the striking orange NUS raincoat and mainly stay in Terminal 1 meeting the incoming students. One of them will keep a stationary position near the information centre while the other will hold our NUS placard to show around. The dress of the volunteers is shown below.

Q: I am arriving to the Terminal 2. Will I be able to find volunteers stationed at the airport?
A: Yes. If you wish to meet volunteers stationed at the airport, you can take the "Sky Train" to Terminal 1.

Q: What can I get from the volunteers stationed at the airport?
A: You will be provided a Welcome Pack that includes useful and important information about Singapore, NUS, students' life, and other information. You will also be offered help you to find the way to your accommodation and consult you on the other issues upon arrival
